Refund & Returns Policy – Bright Praise

At Bright Praise, we hold that elegance begins with honesty. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for every customer—whether you’re requesting a size exchange or returning a garment that didn’t meet expectations.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn and unwashed

  • Tags and original packaging are intact

  • The product is in resalable condition

  • The return request is submitted within the eligibility period

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Any supporting photos, if relevant

We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization. Returns without prior approval may not be processed.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of approval and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory limitations. Instead, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product or size.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we deeply apologize. Please contact us immediately with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will prioritize a resolution at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a fault on our end, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe and documented return of your parcel.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time, please double-check with your bank or payment provider. If further assistance is needed, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind shortly after placing an order, cancellations are possible within 12 hours of purchase. Beyond this, the order may already be in the fulfillment process.
